Purpose Driven Impact Consulting, established in 2021 by Michelle Carney, is dedicated to fostering inclusive, purpose-driven environments where businesses can thrive. Michelle brings extensive experience from her leadership roles across the UK, USA, Ireland, Australia, and Africa, including her tenure as CEO of Special Olympics Great Britain. In 2022, she was honoured with an Honorary Doctorate for her Outstanding Contribution to Sport.

Our team is further strengthened by three Associate Consultants, each bringing unique perspectives and skills shaped by their experiences with intellectual and learning disabilities. Their involvement enriches our approach, ensuring that our strategies are not only inclusive but also deeply informed by diverse viewpoints.
